Facts of Life can provide a nurse depending on your medical needs. You may receive a weekly medication set up, diabetic nail care once a month, or a general health assessment.

  • If you have Medicaid insurance, you can call the State of Missouri to get a free assessment to see if you qualify for services.

  • Absolutely! Let the State of Missouri know you want to be serviced under the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program. You'll notify Facts of Life that you are providing your own caregiver.

  • Facts of Life can provide a care giver if you are needing assistance through private pay
